Catching Up

This has been a busy few weeks. Doug got his wisdom teeth cut out last week so between that and feeling a little quesy myself, we were a rather sorry sight! Luckily the doctor gave me some pills for my sickness and they seem to be helping. My birthday was last Saturday so Doug took me to eat in Raleigh and we went and looked at lots of baby stuff. That's what I wanted to do! it has been rather crazy lately but I would rather be busy than bored!

Big News!!

So the big news is... I'm going to have a baby! Doug and I are really excited and can't wait for August to get here! The even crazier thing is that my sister Anya is also going to have a baby and she is due two weeks after me! I thought my mom was going to have a heart attack!

On New Year's Eve we always have a special service to ring in the new year. First we ate a big meal and then had a service in the auditorium with special singing and preaching. After that we played games, ate more, or just watched Andy Griffith on the big screen in the Auditorium. At midnight we all met back in the Auditorium to pray together and sing "Amazing Grace."
